Online Developer Accounts

Online Developer Accounts

Online developers accounts are now available for a yearly cost of $39 US.

This gives you the ability to store your Smalltalk code on the http://www.silversmalltalk.com server (hosted on Google’s Application Engine) and to deploy up to ten Silver Smalltalk applications.

I will be setting up online libraries and tutorials to help you develop applications. And help is always available through the news group (http://groups.google.com/group/silversmalltalk) or support email (silverlight.smalltalk@gmail.com).

The latest desktop development environment can also be downloaded for $59 US with one year free upgrades. This is the environment that I use for SST development.

Let me point out that Silver Smalltalk is still “bleeding edge” technology – so this is only for people who feel comfortable with fast emerging technology.
